What we collect

Only what you enter in our enquiry forms: name, business or company name, email, phone number, city, and the details of your enquiry. We don't use advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and set up and manage a partnership or corporate order if you go ahead. We process it on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form.

Who sees it

The Rheon team, and the service providers that host this website and its forms and deliver our email, only as far as they need it to provide those services. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to orders and invoices are kept for as long as tax and company law require.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to our Grievance Officer, Shrey Patel, at care@corpozen.in. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours.
